1. Your Neuwriter.ai Account
If you create an account on the Service, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. You must immediately notify Neuwriter.ai of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. Neuwriter.ai will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
2. Responsibility of Contributors
If you operate an account, comment on a blog, post material to the Service, post links on the Service, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) material available (any such material, "Content"), you are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content. That is the case regardless of whether the Content in question constitutes text, graphics, an audio file, or computer software.
3. Payment and Renewal
General Terms By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay Neuwriter.ai the one-time and/or monthly or annual subscription fees indicated (additional payment terms may be included in other communications).
Automatic Renewal Unless you notify Neuwriter.ai before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such subscription (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you.
4. Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by following the instructions on the Service. Neuwriter.ai reserves the right to (i) modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) and (ii) refuse any and all current and future use of the Service, suspend or terminate your account (any part thereof) or use of the Service and remove and discard any of your Content within the Service, for any reason, including if Neuwriter.ai believes that you have violated these Terms.
5. Changes
Neuwriter.ai reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Service following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Refund Policy
At Neuwriter.ai, we are committed to delivering a seamless AI-powered writing experience that meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your subscription or purchase, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy as outlined below.
1. Free Trial
We encourage all users to start with our free plan (which includes one free blog workflow per month and a limited set of free AI writing tools) to evaluate the platform before upgrading to a paid plan.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
You experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time (typically 3-5 business days).
You are charged accidentally for a subscription you did not intend to renew, and you contact us within 7 days of the charge.
We do not offer refunds in cases where:
You simply change your mind or decide not to use the service after purchase.
You did not cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
You have used significant AI generation credits or functionality.
3. Subscriptions & Cancellations
All Neuwriter.ai plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your subscription. You may cancel your subscription anytime via your dashboard, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time or credits.
